Richardson?

So Cali is adamantly in support of Richardson. We watched the debates this morning and she likes him more and more. I have to say I was excited when the question about education was finally asked. Richardson said he supported a minimum wage teacher salary (40,000) and mentioned several other important information such as his support of the arts. That was great to hear!

Higher salaries for teachers is definitely high on the list of priorities, but funding is the big issue. As Amy pointed out, if the state won't back up the increase with funding, small schools will close and/or the curicculum will be cut and you know who goes 1st? Fine arts. So make sure he's willing to put his money (or someone's) where his mouth is. I assume you're talking about governor race.

No I am talking about the presidential election. I don't think he has much of a chance though. I have to say I am not totally thrilled that is may come down to Hilary and Guliani for the election.

I think I'm more scared of Romney than Guliani. Plus, Guliani just insulted the iowans, so I think he's a goner. I haven't quite gotten the dems figured out, just yet.
